Asia and Hong Kong’s Chris Hsu is one of the world’s key US-Asia/US-China negotiators and rainmakers. Mr. Christopher Hsu and Kilometre Capital advised the much talked about HP-Tsinghua Holdings deal, advising Tsinghua University regarding the acquisition of a majority interest of H3C and Hewlett Packard China for a valuation of $4.6 billion.  The Kilometre strategic cross-border transaction secured Tsinghua’s market leading position for internet, data storage, and network equipment market leadership in China.

Tsinghua University and H-P announced that Tsinghua Holdings, affiliated with the notable Tsinghua University, will buy a majority 51% of a the U.S. company’s H3C networking operation, in addition to the data-storage, server, and technology-services businesses.
